S. David Hall, PsyD, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, CST, NCC
Dr. Stephen "David" Hall is the Director of the Narrative Institute. He holds clinical licenses in Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling and is the Founder & Lead Therapist of Haven Family Psychiatry in Knoxville, TN. His degrees, research, and certifications have covered the fields of history, folklore, film studies, music, theology, sexology, addiction studies, family therapy, and psychology. He has taught workshops and seminars throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia for psychotherapy, recovery, and faith-based organizations.
David is also a novelist and songwriter. Most of all, David loves to see how story and all of its elements can come alive for people and change how they work and even live.

Brandy Hall, MA, LPC-MHSP, NCC
Brandy is a mental health counselor in private practice. Her whole life, she has had a love for story and how it shapes us. She has created and led workshops with the Narrative Institute for several years. Brandy has a focus on mental health diagnostics and assessment, and story-focused dynamics around perfectionism, anxiety, and despair. Jay Ostrowski, MA, LPC-S, NCC, DCC, ACS
Jay is an international leader in the field of telemental health, servicing as president of Behavioral Health Innovation (BHI). Jay also works as a consultant who develops and deploys comprehensive telemental/telebehavioral health software applications and services. Over the past 8 years, Jay has developed a unique combination of in-depth knowledge and skill regarding telemental health laws/ethics, telemental health technology, business and marketing telebehavioral health services. Bill O'Hanlon, MS, LMFT
An innovative psychotherapist and a pioneer in solution/possibility oriented therapies, Bill has delivered over 2500 talks around the world throughout his career. Beginning with his early professional exposure to the work of Milton Erickson, Bill has developed therapeutic strategies which focus on creative storytelling and optimism in helping people work through psychological struggles and . Bill has authored or co-authored over 35 books and has appeared on Oprah and the Today Show. He first presented with the Narrative Institute in 2015 and has been a friend and support since.
